Rescheduling of orders
For all online paid /unpaid orders to Veectero E-Vehicles, amending the current order will not be entertained normally or on any special cases.
Amendments of all online paid orders can be done only on the basis of invoice generated against payment.

Cancellation by the Customer
For Orders, where services were not availed at the mutually agreed appointed time despite invoices being generated against such online ordering through website or application, you should cancel such invoice for claiming a refund at the respective outlet physically.
For Orders, placed at Veectero E-Vehicles can only be cancelled within 90 seconds of placing the order. Any order placed by You exceeds the duration of 90 seconds shall not be cancelled in any scenario. This valids only for orders placed through Our official Website or Application of Veectero E-Vehicles only.
Cancellation by Veectero E-Vehicles
Occasionally, Orders are canceled or postponed by the Agent of Veectero E-Vehicles. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the Veectero E-Vehicles. You may create a new order as per your convenience or visit our website or directly call us.
Incase of non-availability of purchased product by You and is placed at mapped dealership, Our agent shall inform you for either cancellation or amendments for the respective order only.
Initiating Refund On Orders
Upon receipt of a valid cancelation of the order as stated above, we will refund the money the way the payment was received. If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund through the Net-Banking account.
In cases of, online orders paid by You through available digital payment method on our respective platforms, are canceled due to non-availability of the ordered product or else unforeseen technical issue at the respective outlet, We shall reverse the transaction to the source account it originated from.
Typically refunds are processed in 5-7 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the account holder’s bank account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
You will be provided with a refund reference number for further communication with your bank.
No refunds / cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills / Services received.
Under no circumstances, cash will be refunded against any cancellation.
If you are unable to make your online order then you should cancel the appointment by using the link integrated in the email confirmation mail or call Veectero E-Vehicles call centre.
Orders placed at any outlet of Veectero E-Vehicles, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as festivals and traffic or any unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation through mail or call centre is allowed for all the bookings until the order active time or Invoice generation whichever is earlier.
